Indian Chicken Curry
Indian Chicken Curry - €1.85 Per Person
250 grams chicken thighs 30 grams curry powder
50 grams of pineapple chunks 250 ml chicken stock
1 onions chopped 1 pepper chopped
100 grams mushroom 1 Small tin of chopped tomato
Pinch of dry coriander 1 Large cooked potato chopped
Cornflour to thicken
- Strip chicken meat from thighs.
- Fry chicken, onion, pepper, potato, mushrooms for 10 mins.
- Add tomato & chicken stock & curry powder
- Add seasoning & coriander.
- Thicken with a little cornflour, simmer for 5 mins. Then add pineapple and simmer for an additional 1 minute, then serve
