Business is changing. For seasoned entrepreneurs to GenY entrepreneurs, also referred to as ‘millennials’, the paradigm is constantly shifting and evolving. There is much the business community, student community and budding entrepreneurs can learn from the attitudes and perspectives of successful and emerging leaders. How do they differentiate, achieve or deal with failure?
With a primary focus on the psychology of the disruptor, innovator or thought leader, The New Businessman / The New Businesswoman website explores their decision making processes and attitudes about the key decisions they make to drive innovation and change. In a series of video interviews, this project aligns itself with schools of psychology, business and industry and online audience participation to maximise learning potential and share insight.

Pilot interview completed. Result: Sound quality found lacking due to no DSR or Rhode Mic. Atmospheric noise interfered with end result. Video looked good under natural light, but in most conditions proper lighting rig will be needed.
