Executive Meeting Minutes

The Executive Committee meets weekly during each semester. The quorum for each meeting is five. The Chairperson shall have the casting vote where necessary. If the number in attendance falls below quorum, the meeting will be regarded as having finished. The Administrative Secretary of the Union acts as secretary to the Executive Committee and is responsible for recording minutes. In the event of the Administrative Secretary being unavailable, the President shall nominate a member of the Executive to record the minutes for that meeting.

Minutes for meetings are available for the general public to read. You may wish to read them as everything the NUI Galway Students' Union has done or plans to do is discussed at these meetings so it's a great way to keep up to date with what's happening.
