Exercise
Exercise doesn't have to be running ten kilometres a day. Stick to what is manageable for you. The best thing about college is that there are loads of different clubs for you to join. If you want to, you can join the Kingfisher gym on campus. What ever exercise you engage in, try to do 30 minutes worth at least three times a week.
